By accessing or using the Qraft CPQ website located at this domain (the "Site") or any services, content, or materials made available through it (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Site and Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the owner and operator of Qraft CPQ ("Qraft," "we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any updates constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Qraft CPQ (Quote Request and Fulfillment Tool) is a quoting and sales pipeline application built for IT service companies, managed service providers, and businesses across industries. The Site currently serves as a pre-launch informational presence for the platform.

The platform, features, pricing, and availability described on this Site are subject to change without notice. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, guarantee of feature availability, or commitment to a specific launch date, pricing model, or service level. All product descriptions are informational only.

All content, materials, and intellectual property on this Site are owned by or licensed to Qraft CPQ and are protected under applicable United States and international intellectual property laws. This includes without limitation:

• The Qraft name, brand, and all associated trade names
• The Qraft logo in all forms, including the geometric icon, wordmark, and any combined lockup
• All website design, layout, visual composition, color schemes, and user interface elements
• All written content, marketing copy, feature descriptions, and documentation
• All underlying software code, scripts, and technical implementations
• All graphics, illustrations, and visual assets
• All data structures, product architecture descriptions, and technical specifications

No portion of this Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way to any computer, server, website, or other medium for publication or distribution, or for any commercial purpose, without our prior written consent.

The Qraft name and logo are the exclusive property of Qraft CPQ. You may not use the Qraft name, logo, or any confusingly similar marks in connection with any product, service, or business without our prior written authorization. Specifically, you are prohibited from:

• Downloading, saving, reproducing, or redistributing the Qraft logo or any variation of it
• Using the Qraft logo or name in any advertising, marketing, or promotional materials
• Creating derivative works based on the Qraft logo or visual identity
• Registering any domain name, social media handle, or business name that incorporates "Qraft," "Qraft CPQ," or any confusingly similar designation
• Using the Qraft name or logo in a way that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without written authorization
• Using the visual style, geometric icon design, or brand aesthetic of Qraft for any competing or derivative product

Any unauthorized use of the Qraft trademarks is a violation of these Terms and may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition under applicable law. We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights and reserve all legal remedies available to us.

You agree not to use the Site or any Services for any purpose that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, or otherwise objectionable. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data, content, or intellectual property from this Site
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of this Site or its underlying systems
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code of any software powering this Site or the Qraft platform
• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, or reselling any portion of this Site in violation of these Terms
• Creating competing products, clones, or derivative works based on Qraft's proprietary design, feature set, architecture, or branding
• Transmitting unsolicited communications, spam, or malicious code via any contact mechanism on this Site
• Using this Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or infrastructure
• Impersonating Qraft CPQ, its representatives, or any other person or entity

The Qraft platform is not yet publicly available. Any early access, beta, or preview access granted during the pre-launch period is provided at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time without notice or liability.

If you are granted access to any beta or preview version of the Qraft platform, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials, to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach, and to use the platform only for the purposes for which access was granted. You may not transfer, sublicense, or share access credentials with any third party.

When you provide your email address or other contact information through this Site, you consent to us using that information to contact you regarding product updates, launch announcements, and pricing information related to Qraft CPQ. We will not sell your contact information to third parties or use it for purposes unrelated to Qraft CPQ.

We may collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, time on site, referral source, and device type for the purpose of improving the Site. This data is collected in aggregate and is not used to personally identify individual visitors.

A comprehensive Privacy Policy will be published prior to any commercial release of the Qraft platform.

THIS SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QRAFT CPQ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Feature descriptions and roadmap items are aspirational and do not constitute guarantees of delivery or availability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QRAFT CPQ, ITS OWNER, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT.

Because the Site is currently offered free of charge, any liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Qraft CPQ and its owner, officers, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Site in any manner not authorized by these Terms; (c) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of Qraft CPQ or any third party; or (d) any content or information you submit or transmit through the Site.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time without notice or liability.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Qraft CPQ is domiciled, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

Any cause of action you may have with respect to the Site or these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of any remaining provisions.
